The chart shows British people donating to charity by five different age groups for the years 1990 and 2010. With the age group 36-50 being the highest donators in 1990 whereas, the lowest donator were in the age group 18-25 for the same year. The highest donators comprised approximately 42% in 1990 in the age group 36-50. Which is almost 12% higher than those in the age group 26-35, 27% higher than those in the age group 18-25, 7% higher than those in the 51-65 age group and 10% higher than those older than 65 years old. On the other hand, the lowest donators comprised approximately 7% in 2010 in the age group 18-25. But, that has increased to almost 24% in the age group 26-35, 35% in the age group 36-50, 39% in the 51-65 age group but fell to 35% for people older than 65 for the same year.
