The graph has shown increasing by 2% in the first and second quarter in Urban areas, then the unemployment rate had fluectutated in the third and fourth quarter. Then it were increasing to 5% after fourth quarter. In terms of unemployment in Rural areas, It was began in high rate, 7%, subsequently it was significantly decreased between the first and second quarters to 4%, then it had fluectutated constantly until it remained steady in the fourth quarter to 5%. To sum up, although the royal areas had shown increased in unemployment at the beganing exept of Urban areas, but they were remained steady at 5%.
