The bar graphs give information about the survey results regarding the patterns of people’s coffee and tea purchase and consumption during the last four weeks in major five Australian cities, shown by the percentage of the residents in each city. Overall, in the period given, visiting a café for coffee or tea was the most popular way among the majority of five cities while shopping for fresh coffee is the least option. In terms of visiting a cafe, about 63% of Melbourne residents went to café to drink coffee or tea in the last four weeks, which is a slightly higher percentage of Hobart’s, followed by Sydney’s around 60%. At least about 50% of residents in all five cities respond positively in this regard. Shopping for Instant coffee was the second favourite option among all cities except for Adeline, where 50% of people love instant coffee most with a barely noticeable difference to the figure of going to café. Concerning buying fresh coffee, although it was the least preferred in five cities, in Sydney, it was a compatible option to instant coffee, which shows approximately 43% and 45% respectively.
