The pie charts depicts how using a various means of transportation for commuting to university or work varied from 2004 to 2009 in the Australia. In the year 2004, as regards bicycle, it accounted for 9%, and experienced almost 2 times fold rise to 16% in the year 2009. As regards bus, it comprised of 33% in 2004, which increased to 46 % in 2009. The initial figure for train was 3% and incline of 1% was observed at the end. According to cars, which had the ratio of 51% in the beginning, fell to 28% in 2009. n contrast, walking witnessed that 2% rise from 4% to 6% in the given time period.
