The bar chart illustrates various categories of waste collected by a recycling center over the period of five years from 2011 to 2015. Overall, it is observable that the total number of tons of waste was the highest in 2015. In addition, through the whole period, paper was the leading amount waste followed by glass, tins, and garden respectively. Firstly, paper was the most collected materials among all. In comparison with the number of tons collected in paper which witnessed a slightly increase to 57 tons in 2011, the quantity in garden plummeted to 32 tons. The percentage of paper (about 50%) was 2 times greater than the figure for garden (about 27%) in 2012. Moving on to tins, its number always ranked third in the chart. From 2006 to 2010 the figure for tins recorded a slightly fluctuated whereas the following trend was true of waste collected of the 3 other types. The proportion of glass reached its peak at 52 tons while the highest rates of tins were achieved at a much lower recorded about 39 tons in 2015.
