It can be clearly seen that the highest production of cocoa beans was from South America at 1, 43, 000 tons, which was decreased slightly in 1994 and 1996 but it reached at 3, 89, 000 tons in 1998. However, Asia was the second top country which produced 1, 19, 000 tons cocoa beans in 1992, it inclined sharply and peaked at 4, 36, 000 tons in 1998. In England, it has 56, 000 tons yield of cocoa beans which arrived at 49, 000 tons in last year after some fluctuations. Moving further, the production of cocoa beans was produced 46, 000 tons by North and Central America in 1992 and 1998 whereas Aferica showed zig - zag trend of cocoa beansProduction which rose sharply from 29, 000 to 1, 19, 000 tons during first 5 years but it dropped 25, 000 tones in 1998. In Oceania and England, the production was only 40, 000 and 56, 000 tons respectively whilst Oceania had more production ( 76, 890 tons) than England (49, 000 tons) in 1998.
Overall, cocoa beans grew in some areas and decreased in other. The greater production of cocoa beans was produced by Asia and South America. In contrast, England and North and Central America had the lowest production of cocoa beans.
