The chart illustrates the places where people were using internet in 1998, 2000, 2002 and 2004. We can see home was in the first place with far distance throw these years. More than half of people used to surf internet at the home in all given years except 2000 which was a bit under 50%. Using internet at work among people decreased between 1998 and 2004. In 1998 and 2000, 28% of people surfed internet at work. However, in 2002 this number fell to quarter of people and in 2004 dropped to 16%. Using internet in college in the given years experienced fluctuation. In the 1998 and 2002 a fifth of persons were using internet from college. Then in 2002, this number increased and reached to 25%. But, in 2004 the number decreased sharply to 18%. The last place in the graph is library. Surfing internet in library was about 12% in 1998 and the went up to 18% in 2000. Two years later people who used internet in library fell slightly to 16% and kept at same percentage in 2004.
