The pie chart and table illustrate the four different types of travelers who visited Britain's major attractions in the year 1999. The four types of visitor attractions are theme parks, museums and galleries, historic houses and monuments, wildlife parks, and zoos. It can be clearly seen that the theme parks are the largest proportion of 38 percent whereas, wildlife parks and zoos are the least amounts of 9 percent. Moreover, the number of people who visited historic houses and monuments is less than a quarter of 16 percent of the share. And wildlife parks and zoo visitors are 9 percent of the total count. Furthermore, there are five different places in the theme park, where 47 percent of people visited Blackpool pleasure beach and 17 percent to Alton towers. Besides, 16 percent of tourists went to Pleasureland, Southport. Finally, 10 percent of people visited both Chessington world of adventures as well as Legoland, Windsor.
