The bar chart illustrates the results of a survey about people’s tea and coffee purchasing and drinking habits in five cities in the Australia. Overall, we can clearly see that the Australian have gone to a café for tea or coffee to all cities the most, with the exception of Adelaide city. Also, it is clear that people who have bought fresh coffee accounted for the least percentage of city occupants in all towns. It can be seen that the highest percentage accounted for people who went to a café for coffee or tea. It is clear that the proportions of people who went to a café for coffee or tea have made up a little over 60% of city residents in each Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart cities. This proportion is around 55% of city residents and about 50% of city residents in Brisbane and Adelaide respectively. The second highest percentage is the group who have bought instant coffee in all five cities, with the exception of the percentage of Adelaide city, which is equal with the percentage of people who went to a café for coffee or tea. The amount of buying instant coffee fluctuated from a little over 45% of city residents to just under 55% of city residents throughout the whole cities. It is obvious that each Brisbane and Adelaide cities witness the lowest percentage of city residents who bought fresh coffee with around 35% of city residents. But, this group bought fresh coffee more in Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart with just under 45% of city residents, a little over 40% of city residents and approximately 38% of city residents respectively.
