THE CHART BELOW SHOWS THE PERCENTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO ATE FIVE PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES PER DAY IN THE UK FROM 2001 TO 2008

THE BAR CHART GIVES PROPORTION OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ATE BY THE SECTION OF PEOPLE MAINLY MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN PER DAY AS PERCENTAGEWISE IN THE YEARS 2001 AND 2008 IN UK. OVERALL, THE HIGHEST GROWTH IS SEEN BY THE WOMEN WHO ATE THE FRIUTS AND VEGETABLES WHILE, THE CHILDREN SHOWS THE LEAST. IN BETWEEN IT SHOWS MEN. ON ONE HAND, WHEN IT COMES TOWARDS THE INCREASING TREND THE WOMEN WAS INCREASED GRADUALLY FROM 2001 TO 2006 AND IT REACHED TO A HIGHEST PEAK AT 2006, WHICH WAS AROUND 35 PERCENTAGE AND IT DECREASED IN COMMING YEARS IN 2007 AND 2008 ( 30 PERC AND 28 PERC RESPECTIVELY). ON OTHER HAND, MEN AND CHILDREN PROPORTION WAS REMAIN CONSTANT IN FIRST 3 YEARS ( 2001, 2002 AND 2003) WHICH IS 12 PERC AND 17 PERC RESPECTIVELY. HOWEVER, BOTH HAD A GROWTH IN NEXT FOUR YEARS IT REACHED TO A HEIGHT OF 27 PERC AND 25 PERC IN 2007 WHILE, DIP IN 2008.
