The chart below shows the number of men and women in further education in Britain in three periods and whether they were studying fulltime or part-time. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given graph represents the information regarding number of male and female students in further education in UK in three periods studying full time or part time. The bar graph clearly shows that mostly the fulltime students in further education. The number of female students increased in three periods and has maximum in 1990/91 period. In case of male students, the students studying part time is increased during these three periods while number of full time male students in further studies decreased. In 1970/71, the number of full time male students was almost 1000 in further studies while part time students was less than 200. In 2nd period, Full time male students decreased from 100 to almost 850 while par time male students increased a little. In third period, full time male students in futher education increased a little from 2nd period while remains less than 1st period. On the other hans part time male students increased in this period and reached just above 200 thousand. On contrary, the trend in both full time and part time female student is seen to increased. The number of full time female students in increased from nearly 800 to 1100 during these periods and similarly number of part time female students was also increased from almost 50 to 200.
