The histogram contains information about the percentage of people in three sectors of population who ate at least five pieces of fruit and vegetables during 2001 and 2018 in the UK, these sectors are women, men and children. At first glance, it can be seen that the figures have fluctuated throughout the years and women are by far who consumed five portions of fruits and vegetables the most. Particularly speaking, the ciphers of women eating portions of fruits and vegetables moved upward from its initial 20% at the beginning of the table chart to its highest, which was over 30 % in 2007, after this year, the numbers decreased and stayed at 30%. Moreover, men, who have been below from women during all the years of the data collected, moved up from 15% to 27 %, the figures slumped down as well from 2007. Finally, children, who only 13 % of total ate 5 pieces vegetables or fruits in 2004, experienced the biggest increase with at least 25 % of kids taking this kind of food 5 times in a day, by far the sector which changed their feeding habits the most.
