The given chart provides information about the expenditure of the UK and France on consumer commodities over the year 2010. In the same way, the rate of consumables are measured in pounds sterling. Overall, the level of almost at all consumer goods in the UK were higher than in France. It can be seen that the level of expenditure of cars in both countries is greater than others and made up 400, 000 pounds in France and 450, 000 in the UK respectively. In contrast, the rate of consumables of computers in the UK was noticeably less and was equal to 350, 000 pounds whereas the level of expenditure in France was slightly more and amounted almost to 380, 000 pounds. Then, it is seen that the level of books in the UK exceeded the level in France and made up more than 400, 000 pounds. The levels of expenditure between perfume and camera in France were dramatically different. The level of perfume approximately amounted to 140, 000 pounds, whereas the level of camera exceeded the cost rate and made up 350, 000 pounds. Moreover, the rate of the last two consumables in the UK is less than in France.
