The chart below show what percentage of their daily intake of various nutrients the average person in the USA consumes in each meal and in snacks. These nutrients may be unhealthy if eaten too much. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart represents the percentage of various nutrients intake of the average person in USA consumes in each meal and snack on a daily basis. These nutrients can be harmful if used excessive. The nutrients are sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar. The chart is divided into four meals which are breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. In the first chart show the nutrient consumed is sodium. We can see that there is 14 percent of sodium intake in breakfast, 14 percent in snacks, 43 percent in dinner and 29 percent in lunch. The highest percentage of sodium intake is 43. Whereas, the least consumption of sodium is 14 percent. Similarly, the second pie chart indicates the intake of saturated fat with 21 percent in snacks, 16 percent in breakfast, 26 percent in lunch and 37 percent in dinner. The highest percentage of intake is 37. Meanwhile, the least consumption is 16 percentage. The third chart represents the intake of added sugar. 42 percent of added sugar is consumed in snacks whereas only 16 percent is consumed in breakfast. In lunch 19 percentage of sugar is consumed and 23 percent in dinner. The highest intake is 42 percent whereas the lowest 16 percent.
