The charts given illustrate the percentages of various substances which are harmful if eaten a lot in typical meals. Overall, dinner meals are often contained more harmful substances than other kinds of meals, while breakfast meals are contained the least mentioned nutrients. On the one hand, sodium and saturated fat are used more in lunch than breakfast and snacks. The usage of sodium for lunch is accounted for 29% and the equivalent figure of saturated fat is 26%. Breakfast and snacks are same in percentages of sodium at 14%, while snacks still contain more saturated fate than breakfast meal. In the other hand, sugar is used much more in snacks than other kinds of meals at 42% and the figure for dinner is 23%. The rest kinds of meals are account for less portions of suger using, which are 16% for breakfast and 19% for lunch.
