The following bar graph illustrates trends about female internet users in the USA in the years 2000 and 2001. The figures for the same have been given in the form of percentage. One common change in both the trends is the decrease of use of internet among the oldest age groups. Starting with the year 2000, we can see that girls of age 12-15 and 16-18 utilise internet facilities up to the same level of around 90%. Moving on to the slightly older ladies ranging from 19-35, they also share a common percentage of approximately 80% when it comes to net usage. The situation is similar in the case of age groups of 36-45 and 46-55 of about 70%. This is followed by a major decrease in the older age groups of 56-65 and 65 plus, who use the least amount of internet. Coming to the year of 2001, we can see that female children start at the percentage of 90%, which is same as the previous year. After this, a considerable rise takes place with 100% of the teenagers using network. This leads to a significant drop to 80% of females of age 19-35 using the internet. At last, this also results in a drastic fall from approx. 80% to 30% for the age groups of below 65 and above.
