The chart below describes the proportion of house price change in Dubai during the period from 2008 to 2015. Overall, it can be seen that the fluctuation in the house price during the period. In 2008, the percentage was just over 40% which reached a peak of the period. On the other hand, in 2009, there was a dramatical diminish with more than 80% reduction in house price which was about -42% and was the least percentage over the course. However, there was a substantial increase to about 2% in 2010. Then, house costs decrease slightly to approximately 1% in 2012. From 2012 to 2013, house prices rose slightly from just over 0% to approximately 3%. In 2014, the house price remained stable in which there was also about 3%. On the other hand, there was a tiny decrease to just under 0% in 2015.
