The changing rates of crime

The changing rates of crime PyQB
The comparison is shown in the graph between the three different areas of crime in Newport city centre from 2003 to 2012. The crime rate of robbery was always low, and nearly constant over time. Whereas, car theft was high in 2003 and fluctuated, but came to where it was (2003) in 2012. Burglary was too high in the Newport centre in the year 2003, the situation gradually improved, and rate of crime was low in 2012. Cases of robbery were more than 500 in 2003. Cases fluctuated overtime, till 2012 the average cases were constant. In 2003, car theft were more than 2500, close to 3000, quite high. Which gradually decreased to 2000 cases in 2006 later, again increased to more than 2500 in 2012. Burglary cases in 2003 were almost 3500 which in 2004 increased to not less than 3750 which was highest of the all three crimes recorded by the year 2003 to 2012. The situation gradually got better and in 2008, as good as 1000 cases were reported in the city which were lowest burglary cases recorded from 2003-2012, and in 2012, 1500 cases were reported approximately. Analyzing whole graph I can conclude that only the situation that improved from the start of the timeline till the end was of burglary situation which had a huge downfall in reported cases in the end (2012). Forasmuch as the burglary situation, the other two crimes were approximately same in 2003, and in 2012. Which indicates there was no improvement in those areas of crime.
