The diagram illustrates the various steps of a process through which bread are produced. Overall, it consist of six stages in the whole process, which begins with powder of yeast and ends with a ready to eat. At the beginning, warm water and sugar are added with yeast, after that, more ingredient such as flour and salt are mixed with water. In the next stage, dough are kneaded for up to ten minutes for shiny as well as for smothing. Secondly, then leave it for warm place for around one to three hours to rose. After that, punch down and release air for few minutes. Finally, the shape starts for shaping loaves and kept for one hour in the oven in 200*c for about ten to fifteen minutes. In the end, its ready to eat.
