Overall, It is noticeable that a car parking was built in the east land of the city medical centre and the bus station was constructed on the left of the main road leading to the hospital of the city instead of combining them in a particular site which contains either staff car park or a public one. Firstly, in 2007, the distribution of routes in this map included two streets, one way vertically called city road and remains horizontally dubbed hospital road which was surrounded by two ranges of the bus stop. The right side of the hospital road was the park for vehicles, from that there was an entrance for hospital members and people could go to the hospital directly. Surrounding the city hospital, It is obvious that there is a ring road which caters for people to go around this one. Secondly, in the year 2010, the development of this map was shown by the appearance of a couple of roundabouts that connected the city road, the hospital road, and the ways leading to the bus station. Similarly, a resembling roundabout also connected the ring road to the hospital road and led to the bus’s site through the northern east ways. The old land for parking was changed which only spent on hospital staff, the public car park was moved at the right state of this hospital.
