The bar graph which shows the rate of illiteracy in 2000.

The bar graph depicts the illiteracy rate in different regions by gender in the year of 2000. The data has been calibrated in percentage. To embark with, the areas of more literacy rate, the developed countries had most educated people with less than 2% of illiteracy among the individuals. Followed by, Caribbean group, the dwellers of Latin America had just 10% and 11% of uneducated persons ratio in males and females respectively. Whereas, in East Asia, around 90% of mens were literate, but womens were less educated than mens by 12%. Moving further towards the regions of less literacy rate, the estimated illiteracy ratio among the sub-saharan Africa critics was about 3: 5 in males and females sequentially. The Arab states had less educated mens in contrast to sub-saharan Africa by approximately 2%, while the females are more illiterate than mens by a significant distinction of around 30%. At last, in South Asia, the mens and womens hold the illiteracy ratio of around 4: 7individually. Overall, it is worth noticing that the developed countries had the highest literacy rate, while South Asia region had most illiterate persons.
