The bar graph depicts the amount of carbon emissions in six different countries around the globe during three different years.
The country with the most amount of carbon emission was USA in all three periods of time. The emission actually skyrocketed from 1200000 to 1600000 thousand metric tonnes in the given years. While India produced the least amount of carbon emission in 1975, the United Kingdom produced the least in 2005.
China produced about 400000 thousand metric tonnes in 1975 but the carbon emission reached it's peak in 2005, being almost equal to that of the most emitting USA.
Germany and UK were the only countries that were able to reduce their carbon emissions by using various methods. India on the other hand doubted its carbon emission each year; which meant 400000 thousand metric tonnes in 2005. Similarly, Canada also had an increase but a slight one.
USA and China had a great increase on their carbon emissions in 2005 compared to 1975. While Canada and India also underwent slight increase, Germany and United Kingdom were able to decrease their carbon emissions thus decreasing their carbon footprints in the world.
