Below is a map of the city of Brandfield. City planners have decided to build a new shopping mall for the area, and two sites, S1 and S2 have been proposed. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant. Write at least 150 words.

The map illustrates the two possible sites for constructing a new shopping mall in the city of Brandfield. It can be seen that one shopping mall is planned to be built in north side of the city while another proposed site is in the south east side of the city. It is apparent that the new shopping mall, s1 is supposed to be built in north of city just below the residential areas. It has a river flowing down and crossing the railway which passes down from south east to the north west from the residential areas. It has a easy access to road as well which passes through the south of the town to the north east across the river. If a shopping mall is opened here, it will have various benefit as it has access to road, railway and more importantly large number people lived nearby. In the south of the city center, another site for shopping mall, s2 is being proposed. On right of it there is railway and industrial state while to the left side of it there is a foad which goes to the residential areas. If in this site, shopping mall is built then it will be close to city centre.
