Overall, the number of local calls have reached to 90 minutes (in billions) in 1999 and then decreased to its first rate. the other type of call usages such as national and international calls always have upward trends. At first, Maximum consume rate of local calls is 90 minutes in 1999, which in comparison with the rates of national and international calls, the trend of local calls has fluctuated and the other one was normally growing up. Although, the rate of local calls has been decreased between 1999 to 2002, these rates always are more than the maximum rates in all type of categories.
