A glance at the column chart reveals various kinds of Complementary or Alternative Medicine(CAM) therapies preferred by proportion of US adults in 2007 while the table depicts the popularity of four of those therapies in two years. Overall, natural products was the favorite among seniors in the US and the distribution of deep breathing and meditation accelerated during the period from 2002 to 2007. Regarding the bar chart, 18% of US seniors were into natural products, substantially greater than the second most wide-used technique of deep breathing which stood at over 12%. On the other hand, only 2% was recorded in the ratio of adults who were fond of guided imagery and homeopathic treathrr. Looking at the table, deep breathing and massage witness the greatest gain of use approximately 4%. By contrast, meditation and yoga diminished by a less significant 1. 9% and 2% respectively.
