The presented bar graph illustrates the birth rate in five countries namely India, Thailand, Mexico, Spain, Somalia. Overall, It is clear that Somalia showed an upward trend in number of children born per women while India, Thailand and Spain showed an downward trend in the birth rate over a period of three decades. And in Mexico the birth rate remained unchanged over time. To begin with, During the year of 1970, India was the highest birthrate. Which was about 5. 2 born per women. It was followed by Thailand at 4. 8 births per women. Mexico, Spain and Somalia had between 2. 8 and 3. 1 births per women respectively. Furthermore, In the specific year of 2000, Somalia took a lead and had the maximum number of child births(approximately 3. 6 born per women). India and Mexico both had only 3 births per women Then after, Thailand and Spain both had between 1 and 2 child births per women.
