The maps illustrate the developments which took place in the old town, residential area, derelic warehouse of the lakeside between 2000 and 2009. Overall, it can be seen that residential area was concentrated in the north-west part of the lakeside while other public services were developed at each side of the area On the west side of the river, several changes in public services happened between those two years. In the north, the storehouse and old town was replaced by a car park, offices and a university. To the southwest, the art centre was knocked down and a cinema was built on the spot of it. The residential area which was located south of the art centre was made way for the development of the shopping centre. When the lake was changed into a pond at the end of the river, to the east side of the river, there was an enormous development of the Industrial area and residential area that came off from 2000 to 2009. The industrial complex was extended to nine various facilities by knocking down the residential area.
