The above diagram illustrates the stages and equipment use in the bricks making process. Overall, there are seven steps in the whole producing process, beginning with the digging up the clay, and ending with delivery. In the first stage of making bricks, clay is digged up from ground with digger. Before its placing in the roller, it is passed through metal grid. Then, sand and water are added together, and the mixture is used with either wire cutter or mould. The semi-finished product is sent to drying oven for 1 or 2 days. Bricks are experienced both heating and cooling. While the process of heating uses kiln, and its temperature is ranging from 200 C- 1300 C. The process continuous with cooling, and having been left in the cooling chamber for 2 or 3 days. Finally, the bricks are stored and then transported to their distination.
