The process diagram illustrate how the hydroelectric power is generate. The first step of the process is the sea water heated and evaporate then become clouds. The last stage of the diagram is the supply of the power to the residential area like, schools, hospitals.
To begin with, the sea water is heated by the sun and it evaporate. The result is, the evaporated water become cloud. In the next step, the rain is fall down inside the reservoir. Reservoir is use to store water. there is a dam. By switching the valve on, the water is ruin down towards the land. The force of the water run the turbine and using the high voltage cable, the power is then transform to the station where the hydroelectric power is distributed via the underground cables to the residential/industrial area.
An extra point to note, pump function is to pass the some of the water back to the reservoir so it can be save the water.
