Overall, it can be seen that that highest proportion of male and females is due to save money, except over 30 hours criteria females are more work than males. Upon initial investigation, it becomes evident that 45% of males working from home due to save money whereas 42% females working from home. there was a major difference seen due to easier childcare, 22% difference noticed between females and males in working from home. furthermore, 11% of females woking from home owing more productive, in contradiction more than doubble of females proportion work from home due to that reason. In addition, a least amount of males worked less than 10 hours, while two third of females worked from home. A noticeble difference seen in 10 to 30 hours criteria 22% females worked, which is also more than males proportion. Whareas, over 30 hours worked by males seen in 2019, it accounted 81%, nevertheless, only 6% of females worked.
