The line chart depicts the average emissions of carbon dioxide for each citizen in four distinct Europian countries from 1967 to 2007. It clear from the graph that, the emissions from Italy and Portugal increased progressively. According to what is shown, the whole proportions started at low level in Italy and portugal at 1 metric tonnes and 4. 5 metric tonnes respectively, while they were high in the UK and Sweden at 11 and 8. 5 respectively. During the first two decades, the rate declined slightly in the United Kingdom, while it presented contrary behavior in Italy and Portugal by increasing gradually over the first twenty years. The proportion in Sweden went up sharply quickly the first ten years, on the contrary, the ratio fell sharply till it reached 7 in 1987. Over the last twenty years, the progress for all ratios was the same, consequently, the percentage in the UK reached 7 in the end of 2007, while the rates in Italy and Portugal rocketed their peaks in 2007 as they reached nearly 7. 8 and 5. 5 respectively. Furthermore, the average proportion in Sweden decreased more and more till 5. 5. to sum up, we could say, it is evident there are new countries that considered as huge resources of CO2 in the global.
