The top five skills in new graduate in 2020 include Leadership, Communication, Analytical, Problem Solving, and Critical Thinking. Communication is the highest (28%) demanded skills in new graduates in 2020. On the other hand, the top skills of 2025 new graduate include Leadership, Communication, Analytical, Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, Active Learning, and Innovativeness. Analytical skill demand is the highest skill demand in new graduates in 2025. In 2025 new graduate, the top 3 skills are above 20% which were communication, Analytical, Active Learning. If we look in table 1 3 goals exist in 2020 new graduate and 2025 new graduate. In table 1 (Goals Influencing Demand for Skills) where we see in new graduates in 2020 only three of goals influencing demand for skills related with 2025 new graduates. On the other side, all the goals influencing demand for skills are available in new graduates in 2025.
