Initially to begin with, the clay is dug from the ground in large amount by mechanism called digger. Then, it is refined with the help of metal grid in which large lumps and stones are removed while passing through a roller in order to break up the clay into smaller pieces. Later following this, sand and water will be added to the required structure, and this mixture is turned into bricks by either placing into the moulding process or using automatic machine known as wire cutter that moulds the structure.
Moving on to analyse the remaining phases of the diagram, after the raw bricks are moulded, they have to be dehydrated to be hardened in an oven for 2 days. These half-made bricks are taken to the kiln, which is made of 3 chambers. In the first chamber, the bricks are subjected to a moderate temperature of 200 degree to 980 degree and further roasted at a very high temperature of 1300 degree. Then after, the bricks are kept in the cooling chamber for at least up to 48 hours.
The bricks are finally ready for packaging and eventually to be delivered by trucks on the site of construction.
