According to the chart nowadays people older than 51 years has no Desire for giving their money to charity from before in 1990, people between 36-50 has the highest rate to give money to the charity. also if you look more closely to the chart the amount of money that is given to charities is different. generally in 1990 the lowest percentage of giving money is about 15% meanwhile the lowest in 2010 is dropped to 5% and the highest percentage of giving money to charity is more than 40% in 1990 that in 2010 it can't even reach 40%. For conclusion people has less desire for giving money to charity than before.
