The table illustrates Ashdown Museum’s visitor count during the year before and the year after it was renovated. The bar charts represent the result of surveys asking guests if they were satisfied with their visit or not, at the same time of the year. It is noticable that the total number of visitors increased after renovation of the museum. It can also be seen that the number of visitors who were not satisfied decreased while the number of satisfied visitors increased. During the year before refurbishment, dissatisfied or highly dissatisfied people with the museum’s condition were higher with total 50% than the ones satisfied or highly satisfied with total 45%. However, as the bar charts indicate, at the same time of the year after refurbishment, guests who were satisfied or very satisfied with their visit notibly increased to total 75% while dissatisfied or very dissatisfied visitors decreased to total %20. Total visitor count of museum also grew from 74, 000 to 92, 000. What didn’t change was the proportion of the visitors who didn’t response at all.
