The graph illustrates the average monthly temperature and rainfall in the urban area of Kolkata. The climograph contains two sectors in the same graph, the precipitation and the temperature. By well observation, January to April has rainfall measurement under 50 mm. The falls initiate to rise rapidly from 100 mm in May to 250 mm in June. Consequently, through July, August and September, the amount of rainfall remains higher than all other months. To be specific, July is the month that most precipitation occurs which is about 350 mm. August holds second place and diminishing slowly to October until occurring sudden drop from November to December approximately to below 5o mm. Obviously, we can see that from January to May, the temperature incline from 20'C in January, about 25'C in February, over 25'C in March, 30'C by April and the peak temperature of above 30'C in May. Theoretically speaking, all months after May are declining in terms of temperature. As we bring to the closure of a year with around 20'C. In conclusion, Kolkata has a relatable climate.
