The line graph illustrates the amount of requests obtained by the Tourist Information Office in particular city during a half year period in 2011. Overall, it is clear that amount of in-person and by telephone enquiries were noticeably different compared to each other, however both of them showed dramatic growth by the end of the given period. Meanwhile, letter requests went down from January to June. In first month (January) in-person requests compiled slightly over 400, compared to email 700 and telephone 900. The number of in-person and telephone enquiries rose significantly over 4 months, reaching around 1400 in April. By contrast, the figure for email requests decreased slowly until March and continued falling. In the last two months (May and June) quantity of in-person and telephone requests jumped sharply, with increase of over 1900 and 1600 enquiries respectively. By the May letter requests fell considerably to about 400 and remained steady by the end of the period.
