The diagram depicts the process of bricks that have been manufactured for building industry. There are seven process to produce bricks from digging clay to delivery. Firstly, the huge machine called digger, dig the clay and get into the factory to make bricks. Then, the clay put it in a metal grid to a break the clay into smaller pieces, with the assists of a roller. Following this, Sand and water are added to this clay and this mixture will turned into a brick either put it in a mould or by wire cutter to get the exact shape of a brick. After this process, the brick are going through a drying oven for about 1 day to 2days. Eventually, the dried brick will be put it in a klin, to heat the brick through two stages. First stage is moderate temperature of 200°c to 980°c then another stage of high temperature of 870°c to 1300°c. Finally, the heated bricks will be go through a cooling chamber about 3 days. Afterwards it will packed and delivered.
