The above pie charts gives information about consumption of 3 types of nutrients which are unhealthy if over consumed i. e sugar, saturated fat and sodium in breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Overall, it can be seen that saturated fat and sodium is consumed maximum in lunch and dinner. Added sugar, on the other hand is taken maximum in snacks. Average consumption in other meals timings is more or less is the same with some small variation. In case of sodium, 43 per cent is consumed in dinner, 14 percent in snacks and breakfast and 29 per cent in lunch. Where as in case of saturated fat, 37 percent is consumed in dinner followed by 21, 16 and 26 percent in snacks, breakfast and lunch. Talking about the Added sugar, maximum sugar i. e 42percent is consumed in snacks, where as 16 percent is consumed during first meal in the morning. In lunch and dinner, consumption is 19 and 23 percent respectively.
