The pie charts compares the percentage of expenditure of people on various activities in year 2000 and 2010. Overall, there was no change in the percentage of expense people did on health in both years and least expense was done on footwear and clothing. In the year 2000, quater of the expenses were done on travelling which increased to 35% in year 2010. In 2000, 34% of expense was done for educational purposes which fell to 20% in 2010. However, the money spent for health remained the same in both years making upto 15% of total expenses. The change in the expenses done on the footwear and clothing as well as on restaurants and hotels was minimal. Restaurants and hotels consumed 16% of expenses of a person in 2000 and it increased by 1% in 2010. Footwear and clothing consumed 10% in 2000 and its expenses rose by 3% in year 2010.
