The table compares the ratio of expenditure such as food, clothing, leisure and education in the year 2002. Overall perspective, it is clear that the amount of money spent on food, drinks and tobacco are the highest among all categories while leisure and education took the lowest amount of money between consumers. Regarding the highest amount of money spent on consuming food, drinks and tobacco, people in Turkey spent a lot of money on it which was 32. 14%, followed by 28. 91% in Ireland. As for the other nations such as Italy, Spain and Sweden, the percentage was under 20%. As for spending money on Clothing and footwear, 9% of italian people spent it, which was the highest percentage in all given countries. On the contrary, all countries spent a little money on leisure and education which were under 5%. Among them, Spanish people were the ones who sent a few money on it which is nearly 2% where as Turkishs spent over 4% on it.
