Overall, United States placed at top of the list with the highest medals included 46 gold, 37 silver and 38 bronze medals while Australia won the lowest number of medals in Rio Olympics Games in 2016. Great Britain held 2nd position with 67 medals and 3rd position was held by China with total 70 medals included 26 gold, 18 silver and 26 bronze medals. However, Germany, France and Japan were achieved almost same number of medals additionally German had higher gold medals conversely japan had more bronze medals.
