Wearing uniforms has become quite an interesting discussion among workers. During working hours, certain organizations compel employees to wear uniforms. Others do not mind, the important thing is they work well. Some organizations believe that the relevance of formal attire is linked to one's personality. And it is been proven that when the workers work with a brilliant person in a pleasant environment, they strive to push themselves to attain great goals by stretching their abilities to work. However, some organizations have the opposite viewpoint. They are just concerned about the result of workers because they feel that if their work is done, it does not matter what they wear or how they look. There is a belief that when all of the employees work together without thinking about anything else, the work produces a higher level of output than others. Wearing formal clothing, in my opinion, is unnecessary. However, one must be nice, tidy, and clean. When they have to work with a group of people whose goal is to get the job done, not to look good, wearing smart clothes is not necessary.
