The illustrated map shows the plans of a public park from when it was inaugurated in 1920 and today. The park has seen a lot of change throughout the time with the removal and addition of new places and centers of attraction.
The park originally has two point of entrance, one from the Arnold Avenue and other from the Eldon Street, in addition to those, a third entrance from the underground parking is added. A central seating space is created rather than distributing the seats at the park boundaries.
The park has definitely seen a lot of renovation since 1920. The stage for musicians have been converted into a full fledged amphitheater. The fountain in the center is replaced by a large rose garden with seating space around it. the pond has been converted to a play area for children. The rose garden beside the pond has been replaced by a café. The garden at the south of the stage as been removed. Lastly, the glasshouse has been redesigned into a beautiful water feature.
