Graph about utilisation of fuel energy sources PgQ3p
The linear graph gives information about a report of the year, 2008, regarding utilisation of energy in the UDA from the year, 1980 alongwith projections till 2030. Data has been calibrated in Quadrillion units. As an overview, it is limpid that from the beginning of the annum, 1980, Petrol and Oil were consumed profoundly in the USA in comparison to other fuels. Whereas, the least utilised energy source was, Hydropower in year, 1980 and will remain till 2030. At a glance, it is evident that initially, Petrol and Oil were significantly used in the USA followed by natural gas and coal in the same period, the data for them was 35, 20 and 16 Quadrillion units correspondingly. Interestingly, in the year, 2030 too, the Petrol and Oil will remained to be consumed highly consistently, with data reaching to approximately 47. While, Coal will surpass the consumption of natural gas by the year, 2030, with surging at 30, which will be 5 Quadrillion units more than Natural gas. The most striking feature that is illustrated in graph is that, all the remaining three fuels, that are Nuclear, Solar/Wind and Hydropower were used almost same, the figure was less than 5 Quadrillion units in the years, 1989 to mid of 1985. Later on, the estimated value of the year, 2030 will be altered, with Nuclear utilised slightly above as of Solar/Wind as well as Hydropower, the statistics will be 6, 5 and 2 for all three, respectively.
