Looking at the details, it can be clearly seen that in 2004, Chinese pupils applied to the Universities in a European state accounted for nearly 27000; however, this figure decreased gradually and reached 17000 till 2008, followed by American applicants had much higher to those of China applicants, a difference was about 7000 by 2004 to 13000 until 2008.
