The given chart illustrate the rate of household in two ways, over the course of of 100 years in two country. It is clear from the graphics, the percentage was changed strikingly in constant. According to what is shown, the households in owned accommodation in 1918 was around 23% whereas in households in rented was over 75%, as a consequence the percentage is significantly different, Moreover in 1939, 1953 and 1961 the owned was just around 40%, in constant the rent was higher than owned by 75%, 69% and 59%.
