There are three important effects of unhealthy eating habits. First, people who eat unhealthy food will suffer from many diseases. For example, eating too much sugar causes diabetes, vitamin deficiency, and digestive problems. Second, unhealthy eating makes people fat. It is easy to be overweight, and that makes fat accumulate and may even lead to death. Lastly, unhealthy eating habits make the brain weak, so people become slow to understand and they do not remember the information quickly. In conclusion, unhealthy eating habits have effects on the body, such as causing diabetes in some people, it is making the body fatter, and it making the brain weak and slow to understand.
