Initially, customers view the foods on the website of supermarket, and choose what they want to buy by clicking on them. Following that, the selected food is added to the shopping basket. We can see the total price and payment methods such as credit, debit and payplus. Choose one of that method and fills a form with information details about the delivery. Afterwards, the order has been received by the warehouse. In the next stage, that food is collected from the shelves by a member of staff or a robot. Nex, the order is packed into bags. At the time, there is a printed receipt which includeds information such as name of goods, price, date… and it is also attached to the bags. After that, they are loaded in the delivery van. Finally, that order is deliveried to the customer’s adress.
