The diagram illustrates the steps of transforming geothermal energy into electricity. Overall, it is seen that the process started from cold water being drained through the pipe down to the geothermal zone till when it got to the point of generation of electricity. To begin with, cold water was stored in a tank. A drainage connect the water reservoir to the injection well. This drain connection is about 4. 5 kilometers in length.
